Unlike traditional celled foam rollers--which break down and flatten out over time--the PB Elite's molded form doesn't have cells, helping it last three times longer. More significantly, the roller helps your body in a number of ways, including improving your alignment and hip mobility, increasing your core flexibility, and assisting with myofascial release. Flexibility is an important part of achieving and maintaining a full range of motion around the joints. The PB Elite roller contributes by letting you gently challenge your back, hamstrings, hips, abs, and other body parts to improve your core strength and flexibility. The roller also helps with self-myofascial release by putting pressure on tender areas along the muscle tissue (myo refers to muscle, while fascia refers to the tissue that surrounds the muscle fibers). When applying pressure, the golgi tendon organs help trigger the relaxation of the muscle spindles, helping dissipate the adhesions, increase blood flow, and enhance overall movement. Some users also use foam rollers to practice their golf swing, or during yoga and Pilates sessions.

Returns and exchanges must be completed (your item must be shipped back) within 14 days of the item having been delivered to you.
To exchange an item:
1) please purchase the correct item from us on ebay for immediate shipment.
2) Make sure to include your ebay ID or Packing Slip with your returning item(s) so we can identify you quickly. Exchanged items must be new and unused with all original packaging/tags/manufacturer inserts.  We recommend basic delivery confirmation.
3) We will refund you minus the actual shipping cost of the exchanged item (the amount of money we have already paid to ship the item to you in the event of free shipping). Refunds are usually given within 1 week of the item being delivered to us.
This allows for speedier processing and you receive your new item quickly.  IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE THE NEW ITEM FROM US ON EBAY YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AS A RETURN.

To return an item:
Returned items must be new and unused with all original packaging/tags/manufacturer inserts. Returns are a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and actual shipping cost (item cost - actual shipping cost - 15% restocking fee= refund on return).  The Actual shipping cost is what we paid to mail it to you.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs of returning item.
