This is a lot of 2 New Moshi Monster Moshlings made by BIP & Mind Candy, Ltd. in the Netherlands.  These 2012 series Poppet and Jeepers come in plastic capsules with papers.  They were only opened for photos.  No issues are noticed.  This comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
