    Description

    These disks are good for balance training, but I didn't use them as much as I thought I would. (Not that I replaced them with anything better, I just didn't exercise as much.)
    Each one is 2-3 inches tall. You inflate them with a bicycle pump. If you turn them upside down to stand on them, you get a nice foot massage. You'll notice my dog's nose in the photo with the ruler. He's not included in the sale.
    These disks retail for .99 each; I'm just moving them along to someone who will use them.
    I always try to donate a small percentage of my ebay sales to a worthy charity. It adds up!
