DESCRIPTION:
Very rare original COLORED WWI German death card, SHOWN WEARING NICE COVERED SPIKE HELMET.
Specifically,
"The honorable gentleman Albert Heinloth, farmer, Landsturmann, who died Aug. 7, 1918, age 34, in the reserve hospital  in Zell."
NICE PHOTO in uniform wearing COVERED SPIKE HELMET. ON THE REVERSE IS AN EXTREMELY RARE RELIGIOUS DEPICTION IN FULL, BRIGHT COLOR. ALMOST NEVER SEEN.
Excellent condition.
I am selling a few WWI cards from my collection on ebay. Check them out. Very few of them are available for sale any more, making them quite rare. This is an original card over 100 years old, and a nice picture and story of a soldier who otherwise would be a forgotten statistic.
